Brazil wildfires by Aiden Tucker





Brazil has had 74,000 fires since january, according to National Institute for Space Research. The fires are spreading across the country and is covering the giant city of São Paulo in near darkness. This is so serious because it has triggered a global alarm. The rainforest alone produces 20% of earths oxygen. Its also home to 10% of all known species on earth.

  3. Wildfired are really bad for the enviroment and can make people become homeless and then they could end up dying. Becasue they will not have any house or any food or water and they will not have any energy. Jacko

    The wildfires are very damaging to the wildlife and their home, I think its really up to Brazils leader to take charge and get some help. Whether it be resources or more people to control the fires.

  6. I personally don't think enough is being done about the burning of the Amazon for anything to actually help. I have seen people donating to certain organizations to help the burning of the Amazon, but I personally think that even with this help, the damage has officially been done. -Tori Favazza
