Scientist has found out through research that human roles in the environment has contributed to major climate changes such as heat waves, and possibly floods. Researchers uses techniques to identify human caused or fingerprints is what they call it. Increasing amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere are causing the earth to hold in more energy. Global warming is being seen around the world which moisten manifestation.

What can people do to stop polluted water from hurting animals?

What type of animals are most affected by global warming?

Is global warming affecting other things besides animals?

  1. Global warming is affecting humans too. Weather patterns are becoming larger and more powerful, and temperatures are changing more rapidly and at larger intervals.

  2. I think that one way we could prevent polluted water from harming animals is putting restrictions on the pesticides that farmers are allowed to use on your crops. This is because some of the pesticides that they use are harmful to animals and fish.

  3. A way we can prevent polluted water from harming more animals is to restrict the amount of fertilizer farmers and people can use. Also, treat the infected water/ get rid of it entirely.

  4. I think that more restrictions are necessary to keep ocean pollution in check, and we should also try to find ways/invent ways to clean up the pollution “manually”.

  5. They can try to get people to stop littering so the issue doesn’t get worse, they can also try to clean the ocean and pick up trash but there’s only so much you can do. I think any animal is effected by global warming but mainly animals that live in colder areas because if it’s getting warmer, there habitat is being destroyed by the temperature. -Gabby Abowitz

  6. Animals that are most affected would be animals that live in or around the ocean. To stop pollution we need to stop using plastic so much. We could also reduce the effects of climate change by reducing emmisions from factories and cars.

  7. I think humans could stop climate change by getting more reuseable things as well as rules on the beach so people can’t forget their plastic or anything. I also think people could get sunscreen that doesn’t harm the water or the coral reefs. People could also just take more responsibility and make sure they’re being as sustainable as possible.-elena appel

    1. I agree because we are the biggest problem when it comes to plastic in the ocean. If there were stricter rules regarding plastic and what is going into the ocean, I think it would make an amazing difference.

Global warming is also affecting humans also. The temperature is repeatedly changing which can affect us because it can make us sick. Our bodies have to adjust to the weather so quickly which will cause us to get sick, especially if we aren't prepared for the weather change.

  9. I feel like pollution shouldn't even be a world problem, its just that America is so lazy that they don't even wanna clean up the mess. We should have more access to trash and recycling bins on the streets and people should stop throwing their trash into the sewers.

  10. the most effected animal by the global warming problem is polar bears because they are most packed with furr and they need ice to walk on

  11. Global warming is also effecting humans because of sea level rises which contributes to coastal storms getting worse.

  12. Global warming is effecting much more than jsut the animals, it also has effect on their habitat and food.

  13. I think it is so crazy that people can not just hold on to their trash until they are near a trash can and chose to throw it on the ground instead when it is well known they're destroying the planet

  14. This is a pretty scary because even though humans are trying to slow down our pollution there is still gonna be lasting affects on our planet and scientists have already said that global warming contributes to natural disasters and that is very scary.

The animals that are most affected by this are the polar bears and penguins. This is their home and its melting. I can't imagine what would happen if it got to the point where they didn't have their home anymore.

  16. the animals most effect will be the animals in the ocean and around. -giorgiab

  17. People can try to stop littering, or pick up the trash left by others to help reduce the amount of animals hurt by pollution.
